- Single Occupancy Rate
- When only one person occupies a room, deduct $20 from the
rate.
Deposit Requirements
- A deposit of one night stay is required to confirm a reservation.
Written confirmation will be mailed upon receipt of the deposit,
if sufficient time is available. Facsimile and email confirmations
also are available.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation should be necessary, a refund of the deposit
will be made if written notice of cancellation is made 14 days
or more prior to the arrival date. If written notice of cancellation
is received within 14 days of the anticipated arrival, the deposit
will be forfeited unless the room can be re-sold. During
Foliage Season,
- written notice of cancellation must be received 30 days or
more prior to arrival date to receive a refund, otherwise your
deposit will be forfeited unless the room can be re-sold. All
refunds are subject to a $20 administrative charge, per reserved
room.
Tax
- All rates are subject to the 8 percent New Hampshire Meals
and Rentals Tax.
Payment Method
- The Eastman Inn accepts all major credit cards.
Check In and Check Out
- Guests may check in between 3:00pm and 8:00pm. Prior arrangements
should be made for late arrivals. Guests are asked to check out
by 11:00am.
Children
- The Eastman Inn is not suitable for children under 10.
Pets
- Pet will not be allowed in the Inn.
Smoking
- The Eastman Inn is a completely non-smoking lodging
facility.
